Do I need a paid Trello plan?

No. PrimeScheduler works on every Trello plan, including Free.

Who posts the comment?

You do. The comment is posted under your own Trello account, exactly as if you typed it yourself at the time you chose.

How far ahead can I schedule?

Up to 7 days ahead, in your local time zone. Longer scheduling is planned for the next version.

Is the price per person or per team?

Per workspace. One Pro plan unlocks unlimited scheduling for every member of the Trello workspace you upgrade from.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

From inside Trello: open PrimeScheduler on a card and use the upgrade button. That links Pro to the Trello workspace the board belongs to, so everyone in it gets unlimited scheduling. If you want to upgrade before using your free comments, email me.

Can I get an invoice with VAT?

Yes. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller, which sends an invoice for every payment. Companies can add their VAT ID at checkout.

How do I cancel Pro?

Use the link in the receipt email from Paddle to manage or cancel your subscription, or email me and I will cancel it for you. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.

Can I cancel a scheduled comment?

Yes, any time before it sends. Open the card, click the PrimeScheduler badge and remove the comment from the list.

Is my Trello token stored securely?

Your Trello token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored on EU servers. You can disconnect PrimeScheduler at any time from within the Power-Up, which deletes the token.
