If you are not satisfied with PrimeScheduler, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Send an email to support@vaclavburian.cz with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address associated with your subscription. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Renewals
Refunds are not issued for renewal charges if the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date. If you forgot to cancel, contact us and we will review your case.
Partial refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
