Security & data
What PrimeScheduler stores, where it lives, and how you stay in control.
What we store
- Your Trello token, encrypted with AES-256-GCM. It lets PrimeScheduler post the comments you schedule.
- Your Trello member ID and, for Pro, the workspace ID the plan belongs to.
- Scheduled comments: card ID, text and send time. Deleted within 48 hours after sending.
- Your email, only if you choose to give it in the Power-Up.
What we never store
Your password, your boards, other cards or comments, attachments, or payment card details.
Where your data lives
Data is stored in Upstash Redis on servers in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). The app runs on Vercel. All traffic uses HTTPS.
Access to your Trello
PrimeScheduler connects through Trello's official authorization with read and write access. It reads board members for @mentions and posts only the comments you schedule. You can disconnect at any time in the Power-Up, or revoke access in your Trello account settings.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details.
Service providers
- Atlassian (Trello): the platform the Power-Up runs on
- Vercel: hosting and website analytics without cookies
- Upstash: encrypted data storage and delayed delivery of comments
- Paddle: payments, invoices and taxes
- Resend: email notifications
Deleting your data
Disconnecting PrimeScheduler in the Power-Up deletes your token, scheduled comments and stored email automatically. For anything else, send a data deletion request. Full details are in the privacy policy.
